Prishtina has ranked among the cities with the cleanest air globally, according to the latest air quality measurements, benefiting from recent rainfall and strong winds that have improved environmental conditions across the country.

Based on the most recent data published by IQAir, the international platform that monitors air quality worldwide, the capital of Kosovo is currently listed among the top cities for air quality.

The assessment places Prishtina in the green zone, indicating normal air quality levels.

According to the report, the air is not considered harmful to public health, posing no health risk to residents under current conditions.

Environmental experts note that favorable weather patterns, including precipitation and wind circulation, have played a key role in reducing pollution levels and improving overall air quality in the capital.
