Deputy of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Bekë Berisha, has confirmed that he will not vote for the formation of Albin Kurti’s third government.
Speaking briefly as he entered the Assembly, Berisha said that Kurti should stand by his statements that he already has enough votes to form the government.
“It’s good for those who said they don’t have votes for the government to keep their word — and Albin Kurti should keep his word that he has the votes. We have no agreement; I don’t have a vote for this government, and I believe we’re heading toward elections,” Berisha declared.
His statement further narrows Kurti’s potential majority, as opposition parties continue to reject any coalition with Vetëvendosje.
