The Minister for Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku has warned that the construction of the National Stadium will be done through a loan from an international financial institution.
Çeku emphasized that the Ministry of Sports and the Ministry of Finance are in the negotiation phase for securing a loan with favorable conditions, since the cost of building the stadium will be very high.
The head of MKRS has also revealed that the operator who will do the construction of the National Stadium will be international.
Çeku expressed his conviction that the construction of the national stadium will start within the year.
