Colonel Bekim Zejnullahu has been accredited as Kosovo’s Defense Attaché in Germany, officially assuming this role from Lieutenant Colonel Besim Gashi, who held the position until now. This was announced by the Ministry of Defense via a post on Facebook.
The ceremony for the handover of the defense attaché duties took place at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Germany, during which Colonel Bekim Zejnullahu officially took over this important position from the outgoing attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Besim Gashi. During his stay in Berlin, Colonel Zejnullahu conducted important visits to Germany’s Ministry of Defense and the Bundeswehr, continuing the deepening of military and strategic cooperation between the two countries. The Ministry of Defense remains committed to advancing international partnerships and representing Kosovo’s interests with dignity at the global level.
