Aivo Orav, the European Union Ambassador to Kosovo, met with Albulena Haxhiu to discuss legislative priorities and reforms.
The meeting emphasized that, beyond ratifying the Growth Plan agreements, key priorities include:
- Civil Code
- Judicial reform
- Independent Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (KPM)
- Public Broadcaster RTK
- SEPA and energy sector legislation
The Ambassador stressed that these reforms are essential for advancing Kosovo on its European integration path, reinforcing governance, rule of law, and institutional modernization.
