The upcoming new government in Germany is set to change several laws affecting the Western Balkans, particularly concerning work visas.
Albanian journalist in Germany, Bahri Cani, in a video message on his social media Facebook, announced that the program of the CDU-SPD party published today foresees halving the number of unqualified workers.
“Germany will halve the number of unqualified workers coming to this country according to the regulations for the Western Balkans, as stated in the government program of the CDU-SPD party published today,” Cani said.
Cani added that the number of workers will be reduced from 50,000 to 25,000.
“In this program, which serves as a framework for cooperation over the next four years, it is stated that the number of unqualified workers coming to Germany from the Western Balkans will be halved from 50,000 to 25,000 workers per year,” Cani said.
