The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, announced that he will take recent developments in the Kosovo Assembly to the Constitutional Court, claiming they are in violation of the Constitution, Rks News reports.

“Today we are in consultations with PDK and LDK to gather signatures and submit the case to the Constitutional Court,” Haradinaj stated ahead of the 13th attempt to constitute the Assembly. He emphasized that the complaint will target several decisions, including the failure to form a parliamentary commission for a secret vote and other actions recorded in the Assembly’s minutes.

According to Haradinaj, the process of voting, the interruption of sessions, and the refusal to put Vetëvendosje’s candidate to a vote will all be challenged. He asserted that these actions violate parliamentary procedures and the Constitution.

Regarding President Vjosa Osmani’s invitation for a meeting, the AAK leader said participation will depend on the format—whether it will be held individually or collectively.
