Kosovo Assembly Speaker Albulena Haxhiu has said that the Assembly will decide whether or not there will be a law on the Specialist Chambers, following its return to the legislature by Kosovo President Justina Shiroka-Pula.
However, Haxhiu said today that the law cannot be changed or amended, citing a previous ruling by the Constitutional Court.
Haxhiu said proceedings concerning the law returned by the President will begin on Monday, starting with the Committee on Legislation.
