A new court session will be held today at the Basic Court in Pristina regarding the Banjska attack in Zvečan.
The session is scheduled to begin at 09:30, during which the defense will present its closing arguments for the accused: Blagoje Spasojević, Vladimir Tolić, and Dušan Maksimović.
All three defendants are expected to appear before the court, facing charges related to the September 2023 attack.
In the previous session, Special Prosecution prosecutor Naim Abazi requested life imprisonment for the accused. In his closing statement, he presented a 21-page document along with footage from the moment of the attack.
According to the prosecution, it has been established that the accused had prior knowledge of the attack and were involved in its execution, with the alleged aim of annexing the north of Kosovo.
