Traffic congestion increased at several Kosovo border crossing points on Thursday evening, with the longest waiting times recorded at the Muçibabë crossing.
According to updated data at 20:04, travelers at Muçibabë were waiting around 90 minutes both when entering and leaving Kosovo. Vehicle queues extended up to one kilometer in both directions.
Long delays were also reported at other crossings. At Dheu i Bardhë, waiting times reached around 60 minutes, with vehicle lines stretching up to 150 meters.
At Jarinje, travelers entering Kosovo faced waiting times between 45 and 60 minutes, while exits from the crossing were significantly faster, ranging from five to ten minutes.
At Han i Elezit, waiting times were around 15 minutes, with queues reaching up to 100 meters. At Vërmicë, vehicles waited between five and ten minutes on entry and between three and five minutes on exit.
At other border crossings, including Bërnjak, Merdarë, Kullë, Qafë Morinë, and Qafë Prush, waiting times remained short, generally between two and five minutes.
For freight vehicles, waiting times at most border points were reported at between three and five minutes, with no significant truck queues recorded.
