Following the judgment delivered by the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, the children of fallen fighters, war veterans and war invalids have announced a peaceful protest in Prizren.
The gathering is scheduled for Friday, September 25, at 7:00 p.m. in Shadërvan Square.
The organizers said the protest is intended to express their opposition to the judgment, emphasizing that they want to defend the dignity of those who, in their view, sacrificed for Kosovo’s freedom.
“Let us express our position with dignity, calmly and democratically,” the organizers said in their announcement.
The protest is being organized by the children of fallen fighters, war invalids and war veterans, together with associations originating from the Kosovo war.
The gathering will be held under the slogan: “Not in My Name.”
