The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met today in Halifax with a delegation from the U.S. Congress, including both Democratic and Republican senators, led by Senator Jeanne Shaheen.
During the meeting, President Osmani expressed her gratitude for the extraordinary role of both chambers of the U.S. Congress in supporting peace and security in Kosovo and strengthening its international standing.
President Osmani is on a working visit to Canada, where she will participate in the Halifax International Security Forum.
