Petar Petković, head of the so-called “Office for Kosovo” in the Serbian government, has reacted angrily to remarks made by the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, who recently spoke about Serbia’s destabilizing actions in the region.

Petković — a politician from the same Serbia that continues to harbor Milan Radoičić, the mastermind behind the terrorist attack in Banjska — attempted to shift the blame, claiming that “Kosovo is the main source of instability in the region.”

According to his baseless claims, there have been “over 700 incidents directed against the Serb population in Kosovo.”

“When Vjosa Osmani speaks about destabilization, she is undoubtedly referring to Kosovo itself, which is the main source of instability in the Western Balkans, as evidenced by more than 700 incidents against the Serb population in Kosovo,” Petković declared.

Petković’s remarks come as Serbia faces growing international scrutiny for continuing to shelter individuals linked to terrorism and for its ongoing interference in Kosovo’s internal affairs.
