Albanian President Bajram Begaj met with Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić-Radman, where the two officials discussed the strong and friendly relations between their countries and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the strategic partnership.
During the meeting, both sides highlighted Croatia’s continued support for Albania’s European integration, as well as cooperation in the fields of economy, defense, energy, infrastructure, and tourism.
President Begaj thanked Croatia for consistently advocating for Albania and its EU integration process at international forums. He also welcomed Croatia’s reaffirmed commitment to continue supporting Albania throughout every stage of its European path, according to TV Klan.
The Albanian president also expressed gratitude for Croatia’s steadfast support for Kosovo, emphasizing that close cooperation between the two countries remains essential for peace, security, and stability across the region.
