In his closing statement, prosecutor Naim Abazi said that this final phase of the proceedings is of special importance for the legal order, public security, and the state of Kosovo.

He stressed that during the trial, a large number of material and personal evidence had been presented, including video recordings, official documents, and witness testimonies, all obtained in accordance with the law.

“According to the evidence, this is not an isolated incident, but a criminal organization with terrorist aims to undermine the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo,” Abazi stated.

The prosecutor added that the fatal consequence—the killing of police sergeant Afrim Bunjaku—is attributed to all participants in the attack, according to reporting by “Betimi për Drejtësi”.

“These acts constitute genuine terrorist acts, resulting in the killing and wounding of police officers, as well as the use of weapons and dangerous means, endangering the constitutional order,” he said.

Abazi further argued that statements, including those of Milan Radoičić, indicate that the group’s objective was destabilization and the undermining of Kosovo’s territorial integrity.

He emphasized that the accused are not “random passersby” but active members of the group, arrested at the scene of the incident.

The trial continues with the prosecution presenting detailed accounts of each defendant’s actions.
