A Serbian citizen was taken to the police station in Kamenica after allegedly crossing the border illegally in a vehicle bearing Serbian license plates.
According to the Kosovo Police, the incident occurred on August 12, 2026, at around 6:55 p.m. in the village of Novosella, Kamenica.
“The male suspect, a Serbian citizen, was taken to the police station together with two passengers, as he is suspected of having illegally crossed the border in a vehicle with Serbian license plates,” the police report stated.
By court order, the suspect’s documents were confiscated, after which he was released.
