U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a high-stakes ultimatum regarding ongoing diplomatic negotiations with Iran, threatening a return to full-scale military conflict if Washington’s stringent terms are not met.

In a characteristic and highly volatile social media post on Truth Social, Trump tempered reports of diplomatic progress with explicit warnings of severe military escalation, while simultaneously demanding a massive expansion of the historic Abraham Accords across the Islamic world.

“A Great Deal or No Deal at All”

While acknowledging that current negotiations with the Islamic Republic of Iran are “moving along very well,” the American President made it clear that the U.S. will not accept a compromise. He stated bluntly that the alternative to an absolute diplomatic victory is an immediate resumption of the armed conflict that erupted earlier this year.

President Trump’s Ultimatum: “It will be a Great Deal for all, or No Deal at all — Back to the Battlefield and the shooting, but bigger and more powerful than ever before — and nobody wants that!”

Condition for Peace: Expanding the Abraham Accords

Trump revealed that during an intense round of diplomatic phone calls on Saturday, he engaged with a sprawling coalition of Middle Eastern and South Asian leaders. He informed them that as a prerequisite for any final peace treaty, the majority of these regional powers must simultaneously sign onto the Abraham Accords—the U.S.-brokered normalization agreements with Israel.

Trump detailed his discussions with key figures, including:

  • Saudi Arabia: Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud
  • UAE: President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (Current Member)
  • Qatar: Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and PM Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani
  • Turkey: President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan
  • Egypt: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi
  • Jordan: King Abdullah II
  • Bahrain: King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa (Current Member)
  • Pakistan: Field Marshall Syed Asim Munir Ahmed Shah

A Financial and Social “Boom”

Defending his foreign policy legacy, Trump praised the existing framework of the Accords, claiming they have provided an economic and social “BOOM” for current members like the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, Sudan, and Kazakhstan, even amidst active regional warfare.

He emphasized that the newly proposed multi-nation agreement would bring “real power, strength, and peace to the Middle East for the first time in 5,000 years.”

However, Trump drew a hard line on compliance, singling out Riyadh and Doha to lead the wave of normalization. “It must begin with the immediate signing by Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and all others must follow suit,” Trump concluded, warning that any nation refusing to sign would be excluded from the final security framework for demonstrating “bad intentions.”
