Ukraine should expect less assistance from Washington once Donald Trump takes office as U.S. president.
“Yes, probably, certainly,” the incoming U.S. president responded when asked if Kyiv should prepare for a reduction in American aid after January 20.
He reiterated that, in any case, he would try to end the war with Russia.
It is worth noting that this statement from Trump comes just one day after it was revealed that the U.S. is preparing a new package of systems and military equipment worth $988 million.
According to Reuters, the equipment includes rockets and drones.
