UEFA has sanctioned Romania, closing a section of the stands for the match against Kosovo.

UEFA has penalized the Romanian Football Federation for the display of messages that do not align with sporting events.

Due to the actions of the fans of the Romanian national team, the federation was fined €22,500.

In total, the Romanian Federation was fined €30,000, and for the match against Kosovo, according to the decision of European football’s governing body, a portion of the stadium will be closed.

Specifically, 3,000 seats will be unavailable for the match against Kosovo on November 15, which is part of the Nations League.
