The Special Representative of the Secretary-General (SRSG) and Head of UNMIK, Peter Due, has welcomed the establishment of Kosovo’s new Assembly and the formation of the new government.
He congratulated the people and institutions of Kosovo on the peaceful and inclusive process.
According to UNMIK’s statement, Due looks forward to working closely with all stakeholders to advance peace, security, and prosperity, adding that he encourages continued dialogue and sustained engagement.
