The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, has extended his greetings to Muslim believers on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.
In his message, Haradinaj emphasized that Ramadan strengthens the values of sacrifice, self-restraint, compassion, closeness, and forgiveness among people — values that, according to him, Albanians have embodied throughout their history.
He specifically conveyed his wishes to Kosovo’s Grand Mufti Naim Tërnava, the Islamic Community of Kosovo, and all Muslim believers in Kosovo, the diaspora, and Albanian-inhabited territories.
“The month of Ramadan strengthens the sense of sacrifice, self-restraint, compassion, closeness, and forgiveness among people — values that Albanians have embodied throughout their history. I extend my wishes to Mufti Naim Tërnava, the Islamic Community of Kosovo, and all Muslim believers in Kosovo, the diaspora, and Albanian lands on the beginning of Ramadan. May this month bring more spiritual goodness, prosperity, and well-being. May your fasting be easy and accepted,” Haradinaj wrote on Facebook.
