The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania updated its advisory regarding the situation in the Middle East, emphasizing that due to the escalating military tensions, the security situation remains unstable and unpredictable.

Albanian authorities advise citizens to avoid all travel to countries in the region until further notice.

Citizens currently in the area are urged to remain highly vigilant and consider leaving via available air routes while they are still operational.

The ministry also stresses that citizens should:

  • Follow official and reliable media sources
  • Adhere to local authorities’ instructions
  • Keep travel documents and communication devices ready
  • Contact Albanian diplomatic and consular missions if necessary

Authorities warn that if the situation worsens, airspace closures over a wider area are possible, and flights may be canceled without notice.
