The Regional Water Company “Prishtina” has announced that consumers will be given a 10-day period to submit and sign contracts for water services, according to Reporteri.net.

The notice emphasizes that failure to act within the specified timeframe, specifically by not signing the contract, will be treated as a refusal by the consumer.

“Such action may have adverse consequences for both parties, particularly for the consumer, including service interruptions and other measures in accordance with applicable legislation. Therefore, we urge all consumers to take the necessary steps within the given deadline to sign their contracts, in order to avoid potential disruptions and ensure the continuity of services,” the announcement reads.

Consumers are advised to act promptly to maintain uninterrupted water supply and avoid legal or administrative complications.
