Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić addressed citizens regarding recent political developments and regional security issues.
During his speech, Vučić stated that Serbia is better prepared than ever to defend itself, emphasizing that there are no longer insurmountable objectives for the country.
“Foreigners have told me thousands of times, ‘You could win the Nobel Prize if you just recognize Kosovo as an independent country. Look to the future, not the past,’” he said.
“There are no longer any objectives beyond our reach, and no one should think they can attack Serbia without facing consequences,” he added.
“We will not attack anyone—not Croats or Albanians—but we will defend our country,” Vučić concluded.
His statements come amid ongoing tensions in the Balkans, with security and international relations remaining sensitive topics in the region.
