Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan described the terrorist attack on the Israeli consulate in Istanbul as a “cowardly and despicable act.”
Three attackers were neutralized, two police officers were lightly injured, while the prosecution and intelligence services have launched investigations.
Erdoğan emphasized that Turkey will continue its fight against terrorism with determination.
