The trial in the so-called “Banjska attack” case has begun against defendants Blagoje Spasojević, Vladimir Tolić and Dušan Maksimović, according to Ekonomia Online.
During this hearing, the prosecution is expected to present its closing statement.
All three defendants face serious charges related to the events of 24 September 2023 in the village of Banjska, Zvečan municipality, where an armed attack on the Kosovo Police resulted in the death of police sergeant Afrim Bunjaku and the injury of several other officers.
