UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer told Parliament that the United Kingdom “will not give in to pressure” to become involved in a war with Iran.
He emphasized that “this is not our war” and that involvement would not be in Britain’s national interest, adding that his position will not change despite political and international pressure.
The statement came after comments by Donald Trump, who suggested that the terms of a potential U.S.–UK trade agreement could be reconsidered.
