Israeli strikes: thousands of residents ordered to evacuate in Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces has issued urgent calls for residents of 11 towns and villages in southern Lebanon to leave their homes and move at least 1,000 meters away to open areas, according to reports.

According to the Israeli military, the operations are being carried out against Hezbollah, following what it describes as violations of a ceasefire agreement.

The army also warned that anyone located near Hezbollah fighters or facilities could be at risk.

Meanwhile, Israel has continued its strikes in southern Lebanon, with its military forces maintaining control over a designated area in the southern part of the country.
