The Kosovo Assembly has announced that its constitutive session will resume today at 2 p.m., with the election of deputy speakers remaining the main item on the agenda.

According to the Assembly’s official notification, the session will be held in the plenary chamber and will continue with agenda item four: the election of the deputy speakers of the Assembly.

The session had previously been suspended after PDK lawmakers left the chamber in protest following the unsuccessful vote on their nominee, Vlora Çitaku.

The latest continuation is expected to determine whether parliamentary parties can reach an agreement and complete the election of the Assembly’s deputy speakers.
