The new Government of the Republic of Kosovo is set to hold its first cabinet meeting today, following its approval by the Kosovo Assembly.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.
The new cabinet, led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, was approved on Sunday, September 13, during an extraordinary session of the Assembly.
The Kurti 4 Government received 62 votes in favor, while eight lawmakers voted against its formation.
The first cabinet meeting marks the formal beginning of the new government’s mandate and comes after months of political uncertainty and efforts to establish functioning state institutions following the elections.
