U.S. President Donald Trump has said he believes the United States will win the war in Iran very soon.
In an interview with Fox News, Trump said the United States is currently winning the conflict, attributing this to a combination of economic pressure and military action.
“I believe we will win the war in Iran very soon,” Trump said.
The U.S. president also predicted that oil prices would decline once the war ends.
“I believe we are winning because of both economic pressure and military action,” he said.
Trump did not provide further details about when, in his view, the conflict could come to an end.
