Members of the Kosovo Assembly have begun arriving at the Assembly building, while the plenary session, scheduled to begin at 11:00, has still not started.
As Telegrafi learns, the delay in the start of the session is related to consultations among the political entities regarding the joint declaration expected to come from the Assembly concerning the Kosovo Specialist Chambers.
On the agenda of the session is the approval of the Declaration regarding the Judgment of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers dated September 16, 2026.
Meanwhile, MPs continue to arrive at the Assembly, while the plenary session is expected to begin after the consultations are completed.
