The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has strongly condemned the recent attacks in northern Kosovo, calling them “terrorist acts” that are unacceptable and represent a serious threat to the country’s security and democracy.
In a public statement, LDK urged justice institutions to take urgent action and identify those responsible for the attacks. The party emphasized the importance of close coordination with international partners to ensure that such attacks are prevented in the future and public order and tranquility are maintained in Kosovo.
“LDK strongly condemns the attacks in the north of the country. These terrorist acts are unacceptable and pose a serious threat to the security, stability, and democracy of our nation. We urge justice institutions to take urgent measures to identify and bring the perpetrators to justice. We also call for close coordination with our international partners to ensure that these attacks do not recur and that public order is preserved in the Republic of Kosovo. LDK remains committed to supporting the security and stability of our citizens and stands firmly with our state security institutions and international partners in protecting the integrity and order of the country,” the statement concluded.
