As of May 15, 2025, phone codes +377 and +386 will no longer be supported on app platforms and will not function for verifications or account access.
This change comes as a result of a recent directive from authorities and technical updates by local telecom operators.
Vala has sent an SMS notification to its users regarding this important update:
“Dear user, when using apps that require SMS verification, please enter your number with the official prefix +383. The prefix +377 is no longer in use and Vala cannot guarantee service with it. Thank you for using our services,” Vala’s message reads.
