The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its forces have taken control of another Ukrainian village.
The ministry stated that the Southern Group of forces occupied the settlement of Zorya in the Donetsk region, while units of the Tsentr (Center) grouping reached the western border of the region and continue to advance into the neighboring Dnipropetrovsk region.
Russian forces also carried out an attack using aviation, drones, artillery, and missiles, targeting Ukrainian workshops that produce and repair attack drones, as well as drone launch and storage sites, and temporary deployment locations for Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries, the ministry added.
