President Vjosa Osmani is continuing her series of meetings with the leaders of minority parties.
Currently, she is meeting with Emilija Rexhepi, the chairwoman of the New Democratic Party (Nova Demokratska Stranka).
These meetings are being held following the repeated failures to constitute the Assembly.
