The leader of the Democratic Union for Integration (BDI), Ali Ahmeti, spoke about the Epope of Jezerc.
He stated that the Day of the Martyrs of the Municipality of Ferizaj serves as a reminder that freedom is their testament and the responsibility of the people.
In a Facebook post, Ahmeti highlighted that the martyrs gave meaning to freedom with their blood and their lives:
“Today, in Ferizaj, we gathered to honor the dearest sons and daughters of the nation: the martyrs, who with their blood and their lives gave meaning to our freedom. The Epope of Jezerc, the Day of the Martyrs of the Municipality of Ferizaj, and the eternal memory of General Imri Ilazi – Commander Ferri, remind us that freedom is their testament and our responsibility.”
