Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani met with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof in Copenhagen to discuss recent developments in security and opportunities to strengthen the partnership between Kosovo and the Netherlands.

Through a Facebook post, Osmani emphasized the need for Dutch support in finalizing the removal of EU measures imposed on Kosovo, which she described as unjust and harmful to the country’s citizens.

“In Copenhagen, with Prime Minister Dick Schoof, we discussed the latest security developments, strengthening our partnership, and deepening economic cooperation. I also requested the support of the Netherlands to finalize the process of lifting the unjust EU measures against Kosovo, which are affecting all our citizens,” Osmani wrote.
