The Special Prosecution of Kosovo has filed a request with the Basic Court in Prishtina seeking pre-trial detention for Fatmir Sheholli, who is suspected of committing the criminal offense of espionage.
The announcement was made public on the official website of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, a day after Sheholli’s arrest in Prishtina during an operation carried out by the Police, the Prosecution, and with the assistance of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI).
