The 71st Annual Session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly is taking place in the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana. This important international event brings together parliamentarians from NATO member states as well as representatives from partner countries.
President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, traveled to Slovenia on Sunday to attend the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. According to the Presidency of Kosovo, Osmani is a special guest at the session, invited by Marcos Perestrello, President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
During her one-day visit to Slovenia, President Osmani will:
- Hold a bilateral meeting with the President of Slovenia, Natasha Pirc Musar.
- Attend the official reception organized in honor of the session by the Speaker of the Slovenian National Assembly.
- Participate in additional meetings as part of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly agenda.
This visit highlights Kosovo’s active participation in international diplomacy and its engagement with NATO parliamentary processes.
