Ilirjan Celibashi, Chairman of Albania’s Central Election Commission (KQZ), extended his sincere congratulations to Kreshnik Radoniqi, head of the Central Election Commission of Kosovo, for the professional, transparent, and impartial administration of yesterday’s local elections.
Celibashi also commended political parties, civil society, media, and citizens of Kosovo for their role in ensuring a peaceful and democratic electoral process, which strengthens public trust and European democratic values.
