The Central Election Commission (CEC) has begun processing results from the recount of several polling stations.
The first published results come from the recount of two polling stations in the municipality of Deçan and one polling station in the municipality of Gjakova.
According to the data published on the CEC platform, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) is currently leading with 51.19%, followed by the Vetëvendosje Movement with 31.88%. Trailing behind are the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with 11.11% and the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) with 4.63%.
Meanwhile, the CEC announced that in a total of 10 municipalities, 100% of polling stations will be recounted, while in 28 other municipalities, only 10% of polling stations will undergo a recount.
According to the Central Election Commission, the entire recount process is expected to last approximately two weeks.
