The Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC), during its 358th meeting, approved the Strategic Plan for Access to Justice for the period 2026–2028.
This initiative aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the judicial system, particularly in handling priority cases.
The plan is designed to ensure equal legal protection for both individuals and legal entities, guaranteeing that cases are resolved in accordance with the principles of justice and within a reasonable timeframe.
According to the KJC, the strategic plan includes the categorization and expedited handling of priority cases, ensuring a fast, fair, and coordinated procedure among the responsible entities involved in implementing the plan.
