Implementation of the Foreigners and Vehicles Laws Begins Tomorrow

Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi announced that starting tomorrow, the Law on Foreigners and the Law on Vehicles will enter into force.

According to Bislimi’s post on Facebook, in the first phase of implementation, visitors entering through border crossings will be provided with informational materials about the specific procedures and rules. This phase will last until March 15.

Afterwards, the full implementation of the laws will commence.

“Starting tomorrow, the implementation of the Law on Foreigners and the Law on Vehicles begins. In the first phase, visitors entering through border crossings will receive informational materials regarding procedures and specific rules, lasting until March 15. After this period, full enforcement of the procedures and rules stipulated in the above-mentioned laws will begin. The Government of the Republic of Kosovo emphasizes that this affirmative implementation period should be maximized to initiate the process of substantive integration of the healthcare and education systems throughout the territory of the country.”
