During today’s court session in the “Banjska” case, defense attorney Jovana Filipović, representing defendant Dušan Maksimović, requested amendments to the indictment, arguing that it is not sufficiently specified, Rks News reports.

According to her, the indictment should be individualized, clearly specifying the criminal acts each defendant is charged with to ensure a fair judicial process.

Filipović also requested additional expert examinations regarding the type of uniform mentioned in the indictment, as well as all elements related to the alleged criminal act.

She emphasized that all available photographic material should be included in the expert analysis.

Among her requests, the defense attorney also asked for an expert examination to identify the weapon. The prosecution claims it was a sniper rifle, while the defense contends that the weapon in question was an airgun.
