At the Central Counting and Results Center (QNR), the recount of ballots continues according to the polling stations for which the Central Election Commission (CEC) decided a recount was necessary.
Vote changes have been observed across all major parties, including Vetëvendosje (LVV), the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK).
Some candidates have seen a decrease in votes, while others have seen an increase.
According to the CEC data at 10:50 AM:

- Donika Gërvalla: –6 votes
- Avni Dehari: –29 votes
- Albulena Haxhiu: –18 votes
- Hekuran Murati: +4 votes

- Shqipe Selimi: +36 votes
PDK:
- Bedri Hamza: –21 votes
- Uran Ismaili: –20 votes
- Vlora Çitaku: –11 votes
- Enver Hoxhaj: –14 votes
- Ganimete Musliu: +10 votes
- Përparim Gruda: +31 votes
- Elmi Reçica: +27 votes
LDK:
- Lumir Abdixhiku: –20 votes
- Kujtim Shala: –7 votes
- Hykmete Bajrami: –8 votes
