Effective Now: Minimum Wage in Kosovo Set at €425 in January and €500 in July

The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved a decision to increase the minimum wage, establishing two new phases of increase during 2026.

According to official decision No. 10/273, dated October 31, 2025, and signed by acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the minimum wage will be:

  • €425 gross starting January 1, 2026, for regular full-time work
  • €500 gross starting July 1, 2026, also for regular full-time work

With this decision, the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers, the Kosovo Tax Administration, and the Labor Inspectorate are obliged to ensure its implementation.

This decision enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Kosovo.
