The Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Albulena Haxhiu, met today with the British Ambassador, Jonathan Hargreaves, to discuss the Assembly’s legislative priorities and its role in advancing Kosovo’s European agenda.
During the meeting, Speaker Haxhiu emphasised her commitment to advancing reforms through dialogue and parliamentary cooperation.
Particular attention was given to draft laws related to the Growth Plan, as well as the importance of parliamentary cooperation in ensuring their proper review and adoption within the established deadlines.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Speaker Haxhiu thanked Ambassador Hargreaves for the United Kingdom’s continued support for Kosovo and expressed her readiness to further expand bilateral cooperation.
