Homages Begin for the Eight Missing Persons Reburied Today on the Anniversary of the Kralan Massacre

Homages were held today at the “Adem Jashari” Sports Hall in Klinë from 12:00 to 13:00 for eight individuals who had been missing since the Kosovo War, but have now been identified.

Their remains are expected to be reburied today in their hometowns, where respective funeral ceremonies will also take place.

Due to the emotional distress, some family members were not feeling well during the ceremony, and the medical team present in the hall intervened immediately to provide the necessary assistance.

At 14:30, a reburial ceremony will take place at the “Kodra e Kuqe” Memorial Complex in Grabanicë for the following victims: Adem Gashi, Sahit Gashi, Bekim Hasani, Sheremet Ismajli, Osman Fejza, Shkelzen Hajdaraj, and Bekim Gashi.

Meanwhile, at 16:30, the reburial ceremony for Mentor Myrtaj will be held at the cemetery in the village of Jashanicë in Klinë.

There will also be a reburial in the municipality of Malishevë, where the war victim Vehbi Halilaj will be reburied.
