The Special Prosecution Office of Kosovo has filed an indictment against Bojan Jevtiq, who is accused of espionage and unauthorized possession of weapons.
According to the indictment, Jevtiq, in his capacity as a police officer holding the rank of lieutenant, is suspected of continuously and deliberately collecting and transmitting classified official documents to officers of the Serbian Intelligence Service over an unspecified period until 17 July 2025.
These documents allegedly concerned national security and the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo.
Jevtiq was arrested on 17 July 2025 following an operation conducted by the Special Prosecution in coordination with the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (KIA) and the Police Inspectorate, on suspicion that he enabled the Serbian Intelligence Agency to access an official computer of the Kosovo Police.
At the time, he served as head of operations in the border police unit at a crossing point in the Gjilan region.
